Rock Climbing - Advanced Weekends: Breaking the 5.10 Barrier - Itinerary
- About the Trip: During your weekend our expert guides will concentrate on advanced climbing techniques and carefully examine your climbing movement pointing out what's needed to take you to the next level. The trip experience is rounded out with great camping, eating, star gazing, and hanging around the campfire with new and old friends.

- Group Size: 2-10 participants with 1-2 guides.
- Grade: 5.9-5.11+, top-rope routes to bolted sport climbs.
- Equipment: All camping and climbing gear is provided if reserved in advance on the registration form: sleeping bags, tents, pads, harnesses, shoes and helmets. All you need to bring are your clothes and personal items. You may print from our web page a detailed what to bring list, directions, and this itinerary.
- Meals: Dinners and Breakfasts are included. Bring snacks & light lunch food.
- Cost of the Trip: $445 per person
- Your Cost Includes: Personal and group camping and climbing gear, dinners & breakfasts, guides, expert climbing instruction.
- Not Included: Personal gear, alcoholic beverages, lunches, tips for guides( 10-20% of trip fee).
- Preparation: Previous rock climbing experience is necessary. Doesn't matter whether it's indoor or outdoor experience. Climbers need to climb up to 5.8 comfortably and know the basic climbing skills (tying in and belaying).
- Day 1: Meet at Fresno Dome Campground between 4 & 6 pm Dinner is served at 6pm.
- Day 2: After breakfast, we head to the rock for a morning of climbing. Equipment, terminology, movement on rock, and etiquette at the crags are all covered during the morning's instruction. Around 5pm, we return to the campground where dinner and campfire end the day's activities.
- Day 3: Sunday begins with breakfast and then its back to the rock. Today will work on red-pointing routes just outside out abilities and review the material taught the previous day. The trip ends around 3 pm on Sunday.
