Panorama Trail Yosemite Day Hike - Gear List

Lunch: Bring a box lunch from your hotel, or bring snacks. Many people, when in Yosemite Valley, choose to enjoy lunch at the historic, famous Ahwahnee Hotel.
Rain Coat: Gore-Tex or a similar fabric. Wind and rain resistant.
Sunglasses: Lenses that have ultra violet protection.
Personal Toiletries: Sunscreen, chapstick, lotion.
Medications: Bring any special medications you need.
Water Bottle: A bottle should not leak, have a large mouth and hold at least one liter. If you do not own one recycle a plastic Gatorade container.
Book / Journal: Not necessary, but you may be able to enjoy some quiet time prior to sleep or during the day.
Camera: Don't forget extra film/cards and batteries!
