How to Register

You may make reservations for any Southern Yosemite Mountain Guides trip with our online registration, or with the telephone. Please call or email with any questions. One common question is, "When do I need to make my reservation?" The answer is, "As soon as you know the trip is something that you want to do." At this time, many trips are full, many have space. Check Calendar & Pricing for availability -- all trips listed have availability!

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for all trips under $500, and for trips over $500, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required. Custom and private trips require a 25% non refundable deposit. We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Full payment and Registration Forms are due 60 days prior to trip departure. Gift Certificates for trips make a great gift! You need not know the dates, or even the trip type to purchase a gift certificate for someone else. Just fill out the form and we'll mail your receipt and the Gift Certificate to you.
