The Pines Resort

Our Hiking the Ansel Adams Wilderness hiking/horsepacking trip and the High Tour, and Alpine Lakes backpacking trips begin at the Pines Resort on Bass Lake. For day trips and private guides, or for extending your stay in this magnificent area, please consider the one of the hotels, lodges, or cabin accommodations listed here. Not only do we recommend these properties very highly, but we work very closely with each of them to provide you with the greatest active travel experience while visiting the Yosemite area.
